RAILWORX to join with PLANTWORX at East of England Arena.

The East of England Arena and Events Centre has announced that the biennial construction equipment show, PLANTWORX, organised by the Construction Equipment Association (CEA,) will now include RAILWORX, a dedicated section for the rail industry which will bring the total size of the event to over 200,000m2. Featuring hundreds of exhibitors from a variety of sectors in a mix of trade stands, static outdoor display and live demonstrations, PLANTWORX and RAILWORX will be held at the East of England Arena and Events Centre from 11 - 13 June 2019.  Rob Oliver CEA chief executive, welcomed the addition of RAILWORX, saying, "We chose the East of England Arena precisely because it could comfortably accommodate any plans we had for expanding and enlarging the show, and our choice of venue has been vindicated by this significant addition to the event. With rail infrastructure projects worth tens of billions now becoming a reality, RAILWORX will provide important opportunities for rail industry manufacturers and suppliers to learn from developments in other sectors and vice versa."Dean Rees, business development manager at East of England Arena, welcomed the development saying, "We're very proud to have secured PLANTWORX for the next six years, the addition of RAILWORX and the expansion of plans for the 2019 event was a welcome development and we're all looking forward to what must now be one of the largest construction equipment shows in the UK."
